Accessibility and Contact

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Real Artist Guild wants people with different access needs to be able to explore the site, contact us, and take part in future applications. We welcome feedback when something gets in the way. We will look for a practical alternative while working to fix the barrier.

What is available today

The hallway experience includes a linear text presentation of its introduction, six principles, and closing. It provides a labeled entrance control and named principle controls. Keyboard users can move between sections with the arrow keys and Page Up/Page Down, and jump to the beginning or end with Home/End. Motion responds to the device’s reduced-motion preference.

These features were checked in the current page and code. This is not a full accessibility audit, and we have not verified every browser, screen reader, device, form state, or page. The home page has a mobile layout, but a broader manual review is still planned. We do not claim formal conformance.

Ask for help or an alternative

If a page, form, motion effect, or future application step is difficult to use, contact us through the form below. Tell us which page you were using and what you were trying to do. You do not need to give us a diagnosis. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or private creative files in a general request.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days. If a change will take longer, we will explain the next step and offer a practical alternative where we can.

Contact and privacy requests

Use the form below for a general question, privacy request, access need, or community concern. For a privacy request, identify the email address used on the interest form and tell us whether you are asking to access, correct, or delete an entry. We may ask you to confirm control of that email address. We will not ask for government identification when a less intrusive check is enough.

The founding-interest form is only for free Guild updates. Do not use it to submit an application, appeal, privacy request, or urgent safety report.

Form entries are stored in WordPress through Forminator, and notifications are sent to a site administrator mailbox. Forminator is configured for 365-day submission deletion, 30-day IP/geolocation anonymization, and removal after an account-erasure request. Email copies and hosting backups may be handled separately. See the Privacy Notice.

Contact form

Please share only what is needed to help us respond. Do not send payment details, passwords, government identification, or private creative files.

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. This is an operational target, not an emergency line. If a request takes longer, we will tell you and explain the next step.

Ongoing accessibility work

As the site changes, we plan to review keyboard access, focus visibility, headings, contrast, zoom and reflow, form labels and errors, screen-reader descriptions, reduced-motion behavior, and mobile layouts. A clean automated report alone will not be treated as proof that every visitor can use the site.
