These terms cover your use of the public website and free founding-interest form. Paid applications are not open. Separate application and membership terms will be shown before an application is submitted or payment is taken.

The website and interest list

The site shares information about Real Artist Guild, a community being developed for human creatives across disciplines. The early-interest form is free. It records interest in Guild updates; it is not an application, membership, reservation, or promise of acceptance. Do not submit payment through the interest form.

Information on the site describes the Guild as it is being developed and may change as the service is tested. A date or estimate about a future launch is not a guarantee of a launch date.

Respectful and lawful use

Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, upload malicious code, impersonate someone, misuse another person’s personal information, or submit creative work that you do not have permission to share.

Do not use the Guild name, card, or visual identity in a way that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that has not been granted. Content and marks remain with their respective owners. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under applicable law.

Creative work and messages

Sending a message or joining the interest list does not transfer ownership of your work to the Guild. The site does not currently invite application evidence or public portfolio submissions through the interest form. If a future application requests samples, its instructions and privacy notice will explain the limited purpose and handling before you submit them.

Third-party services and availability

The website may rely on WordPress, hosting, form, email, security, or other service providers. Their services may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may update, pause, or remove parts of the site to maintain or improve the service.

Questions and access help

For a website question or an accessible alternative, use the Accessibility and Contact page. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a general message.

Updates

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Updated application or membership terms will be displayed separately before the related service opens.
